Today is day 218 of the Biden Presidency.  His approval rating is down about 5% from his inauguration.  His approval rating is also 10% higher than Trump's at this time. 

Biden's popularity remains higher than Trump at any point in his presidency.

I don't know why there are people that would expect Trump to have received more popular votes. 

He didn't when he won.  And he was running against Hillary Clinton. 

And if a Democratic conspiracy allowed for the upset of Georgia (Republican controlled government, including Secretary of State overseeing elections) and Arizona (Republican controlled government, including Secretary of State overseeing elections), Trump would be the worst politician the world has ever seen.
