Good question. When I arrived in Uruguay in 2003, I was actually here as a tourist for 3 months, on vacation. I liked it so much, that I decided to stay. Not, mind you, "decided to go home and then plan to move here in the future"; I just directly never took the return trip to Canada.

Nisarg means "nature" in Sanskrit.

I was a professor of religious history.
