Does england have laws forbidding "hate speech" on websites and if so who would one contact regarding such?

Not specifically as far as I'm aware.  There are laws against inciting racial violence and the like which could probably be applied online, but it would likely be a high publicity trial and I'm not aware of anyone doing so so far.

The Great White Records site and BNP are both British sites hosted in England.  But neither of them are anywhere near as racist as some of the stuff in the states.

I said I respected them more than the PC crowd who decries "racism" and "prejudice" and "discrimination" and "hate" out of one side of their mouths while practicing all of the above against people they deemto be acceptable targets of such abuse, like overweight people, rednecks, nerds, geeks, etc.

I said that the KKK was less hypocritical and more honest than the hollywood types, which they are. I said that they had the courage to hate who they choose for the reason they choose instead of hating those who were deemed 'safe targets' by the PC zeitsmode like the PC hollywood types.

I never said the KKK was "fine upstanding members of the community", I said they were less odious than the PC hypocrites which is not saying that the kkk are fine upstanding members of the community, it's just saying they're morally superior to the hollywood hypocrites.

So hating a race, practicing murder, violence, intimidation against them for the colour of there skin is morally superior to being a bit hypocritical.... right. Is that one of Vampire 2nd Ed's Roads I'm not familair with your using as your scale of goodness?

Oh and as for laws in the UK...

whe do have laws against incitement to both racial and religious hatred now.

Sikhs and Jews were already covered by the racial hatred laws, but Christians, Muslims, etc. are now covered by the religious hatred ones.

The law got significantly watered down going through the Commons and Lords, to qualify under the law it has to contain "threating" words or behaviour, it's not enough just to be critical, abusive or insulting, and it has to be clear that your intent was to stir up hatred, you were just merely "reckless".

...and yet Stormfront is still around.
