This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

For the record, fuck that shit.  This isn't RPG.net where the "mods" are special elite people with authority mere mortals are not permitted to imitate.

The whole basis of what can make this place work is community reinforcement. Now, if someone starts tossing around orders, when they aren't actually an Admin, they're probably putting on airs and you can tell them to fuck off.  But I don't accept the "you're not a mod" response to someone who's just pointing out shit you're doing that's less than ideal.

This place will work because people can call each other on their shitty behaviour, knowing that its not because they have the authority of a "mod" that they can do so, but just because they're part of the site.

I'm sorry, but poetry is against the rules. As a mod, I made this ruling up on a whim, don't have to inform anyone about it before I enforce it, and will now threaten you with the mod hammer if you don't immediately acquiesce to my infantile power trip fantasies.

That's alright, he'll be back as a mod again soon enough and that'll force him back into more moderate language again. Although, it's a tad dubious that the actual attack has been edited from existence. Probably to stop it being used against him in the future, which i can understand. But hey, if you're going to be the police, you should police yourself so that editing previous remarks shouldn't be necessary.

Edit: Erm...he's logged on over there right now.

But I thought the group attack rule only applied if you were originally part of a group that is between six and twelve million members that you once self-identified with but now realize that you consciously had no choice to be a member of. Oh, and isn't a frat or the Republicans.
