And as is good practice, remember to never use the same password on more than one site. While performing housekeeping, we also decided to upgrade the forums.
This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

The RPGPundit's Own Forum Rules
This part of the site is controlled by the RPGPundit. This is where he discusses topics that he finds interesting. You may post here, but understand that there are limits. The RPGPundit can shut down any thread, topic of discussion, or user in a thread at his pleasure. This part of the site is essentially his house, so keep that in mind. Note that this is the only part of the site where political discussion is permitted, but is regulated by the RPGPundit.

These are the results of lobotomizing chapgpt with wokeism

6 tries counting the original request and 5 corrections and it can't follow a very simple request:

Distribute enough points among the 6 attributes so one and only one can be at 18 and none can be below 8

Quote
Apologies once again for the oversight. Let's allocate 70 points in each of the three distributions, ensuring that no attribute is above 18, only one can be at 18, and none are below 8:

1. Optimal Distribution (70 points):

    Strength: 18 points
    Speed: 14 points
    Agility: 12 points
    Stamina: 10 points
    Charisma: 8 points
    Technique: 8 points

Total points: 70

2. Balanced Distribution (70 points):

    Strength: 12 points
    Speed: 12 points
    Agility: 12 points
    Stamina: 12 points
    Charisma: 12 points
    Technique: 10 points

Total points: 70

3. Poor Distribution (70 points):

    Strength: 18 points
    Speed: 8 points
    Agility: 8 points
    Stamina: 8 points
    Charisma: 8 points
    Technique: 20 points

Total points: 70

That was the last output.

I requested it to generate the number of points to be allocated, it made some math but it wasn't enough points in it's first attempt it came out with 11, which was obviously wrong, so I asked if it meant 66, it corrected, but 66 leaves the PC with one attribute at 18 and the rest at 8, so I asked it to increase the number of points, so it made some math and it came up with 92 points, which I suspected was too much. Below it's the output with 92 points:

Quote
Sure! Let's create three examples of attribute distributions using the 92 points for a luchador character:

1. Optimal Distribution:

    Strength: 18 points
    Speed: 16 points
    Agility: 16 points
    Stamina: 14 points
    Charisma: 12 points
    Technique: 16 points

In this optimal distribution, the player maximizes one attribute (Strength) to 18 while keeping the other attributes relatively balanced and well above average.

2. Balanced Distribution:

    Strength: 14 points
    Speed: 14 points
    Agility: 14 points
    Stamina: 14 points
    Charisma: 14 points
    Technique: 22 points

In this balanced distribution, the player allocates points more evenly across all attributes, with a slight emphasis on Technique, making a well-rounded luchador with no attribute below 8.

3. Poor Distribution:

    Strength: 18 points
    Speed: 8 points
    Agility: 8 points
    Stamina: 8 points
    Charisma: 8 points
    Technique: 34 points

In this poor distribution, the player heavily prioritizes Technique while neglecting other attributes, resulting in a character who excels in one area but is lacking in most others.

It's a stochastic parrot trained on the internet, not a calculator or a mathematical model. You need different hardware to do mathematical calculations.

The other day I took an article written by a client and told Chat to reduce to 600 words from the original 800. It failed 4 times and I finally did it in a few minutes.

No, it is supposed to be able to do basic math.

No, it is supposed to be able to do basic math.

It used to be able to, it used to be correct 97% of the time when asked if a number was prime or not, now it's wrong 95% of the time.

The reason I say it's because of wokeism is because of what happened to amazon's AI, they started training it on the religion and it broke it's neural network, made it crazy.

It's supossed to work on logic, but now you inject it with idiocy like Math is racist, being on time is white supremacy, etc.

Well, if you want it to NOT turn into an edglord shitposter like Tai (RIP) then you'll need to change the way it works.

It also used to be able to read an SRD if you gave it the link to it. Now it can't.

But fear not, that's only the model for the masses, for the plebs, the models being used/tested by the megacorporations to replace writters and actors aren't lobotomized.

If you want access to an unlobotomized AI I'm affraid it will cost you some money and time:

You need a fast PC with a good Video Card and enough ram, then download and install one of the AIs that can be run locally, now figure out how to train it.

Something has changed because when it first came out it was able to calculate a travel time for X distance using acceleration to midpoint at x/meters/sec and deceleration to target.  So, it has gotten less able in math since then.  Maybe it has absorbed today's aggregate internet stupidity

Yeah, I've heard anecdotes that it's gotten less useful over time.

I'm guessing it's part of programming it so it doesn't notice patterns, after all noticing patterns is raicismism.

Faceless penny-pincher corporations will just have several ChatGPT machines running and a few tireless editors instead of writers because it costs less. That mantra of "ChatGPT costs less than people" will be etched on their corporate gravestone when it collapses from a lack of customers.

You heard about WormGPT? ChatGPT with no ethical restrictions.

Nuclear fission can be used to generate electricity or to destroy cities killing millions.

If anyone thougth no one would ever create a chatbot to create malware they were dreaming.

But, why is this relevant?

Are you implying that it's either inject wokeism or that?

I wonder if it is possible a third option... I don't know, like not creating code?

Furthermore, what makes you think that no hacker would ever download one of the bots that can be run locally, train it and use it in the same way?

Now, I've yet to see one of these bots that can create from scratch or even innovate, so people are buying access to a chatbot that regurgitates code that's already floating freely in the web.

But here's what I really think of that Chatbot... IT GLOWS!
