With the 'newly found' footage Carlson should also show the videos of the battering down of the windows and doors, along with the scuffling/fighting with the police, because the latter did happen. The way he is presenting it now implies that it did not.

And geez, going all in and painting that buffalo head guy as a pacifist-saint is a bad idea, IMO. Is he the monster that by the grace of God was just barely stopped from murdering Senators and Congressmen (as the democrats want you to believe)? Everyone of those jackholes that violently breached the capitol building should get 5 years minimum, no exception. All those that come wandering in afterwards, that inadvertently participated in The Great Milling About Insurrection should get something, fined, community service, whatever. Getting jail time for cleaning up, picking up overturned items, standing around talking like you're at an Monet art show exhibit, and taking selfies while slowly, aimlessly wandering around---that's absurd.

Aside from the aforementioned violence and Jan 6 show trial, the most egregious aspect of this whole affair is the current conduct of the judges, specifically, denying defense attorneys time to view the now released videos. The prosecutors, who have had full access to the videos, have only turned over to the defense the edited portions of the videos that they have deemed relevant to the defendent's case. That's a big no no. This will get bumped up to an appeals court, if not all the way to the Supreme. 

That one judge that said (and I'm paraphrasing) 'allowing the defense time to view the videos would only slow down the trial process and we don't want to do that'...oh boy. The appeals/Supreme is going to rip him a new one.

He showed the footage and specifically said that these things happened.  I fail to see how that implies that it did not.  And an awful lot of what people are pissed about is that they had just watched Leftists burning the country down throughout 2020 while the media refused to use the word "riot," Joe Biden declared the police to be the enemy, and the VP say that "the riots should continue."  (I'll give her props, at least, for using the word "riot.")  Then, after January 6, we suddenly see Democrats just LOOOOOOVE cops (the ones protecting them, anyway), LOOOOVE when unarmed protestors get shot by them, and the media not only suddenly start using the word "riot" again, they ridiculously called it an "insurrection" and told numerous lies about it which they're still telling today.  Like the fact that cops were killed that day, to give one good example.
