Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Hi
I've played, and run, play by post games in the past and have a bit more free time on my hands.  How acitive is play-by-post these days?  The posts in this forum seem few and a bit older.

Anyone interested in a simple superhero play by post game?

Can you tell us if you using a particular system and how often a person should post?  Additionally, what did you have in mind by a "simple superhero" game?

By simple I'm talking about a game that is more about having fun writing adventerous posts like: "Batman swooped in to the ally to find the Riddler and the Penquin bickering over who was going to steal the woman's purse as she lied bleeding on the filthy street".

More content and a little les true game playing.  This would require little (if any "system" to folow) as everyone would simply post on a regular basis, some as heros and others as villians.

Callous

I still prefer somewhat crunchy systems, such as Champions, but I wish you luck.  This forum seems to be not very active.  It'd be fun to read a pbp game.

I know this is a chicken and egg scenerio but I would be interested but I would need to see more people express interest.  Like Callous said, the pbp forum here isn't very active.  It seems you would have to recruit at other pbp site and direct them to play here...assuming that is what you want.
