What's your favorite Asian-themed RPG or Asian-themed RPG setting/supplement?
Note: this can be literally focused on historical/modern Asia, or a fantasy setting with very obvious Asian overtones.
Bushido from FGU, of course! It's great.
Oriental Adventures. The first AD&D book I bought for myself with money I made myself.

I use that for some background information and ideas, but have never actually used it to play D&D. It's pretty good aside from being D&D, though; I'd sooner play it than regular D&D.
Qin or maybe Feng Shui*.
* If you can call it Asian-themed. It's not exclusively Asian - more general action movie inspired - and that which is, isn't really Asian (Hong Kong) through a very American lens. It's really about as Asian as Big Trouble in Little China (which is probably a main source of inspiration, even though it's not credited much).
But, yeah, Qin is the best I've seen.

Mekton, because giant robot anime and manga are an Asian (Japanese) invention.

I realize that it's not an RPG per se, but it was self contained and could be run without any other books. I was probably 13 when I got it, and it had a major impact on my gaming.
Tenra Bansho Zero. It's Sengoku-era Japan but with giant robots.

I consider it an RPG as I seem to recall no need to own any other D&D rulebooks to play it.
Right now? I like the Scarlet Heroes setting. It's Fantasy Asian, without being slavishly loyal to real world societies.

If that counts, I'd say Jovian Chronicles.
Bushido and Dragon Lines

I'd say that it does, mainly since Jovian Chronicles started out as a setting for Mekton II.
L5R!
I want to like Oriental Adventures, and it's useful as a supplement, but as I learned trying to prep an all-OA game, it's nigh unplayable out of the box.
TSR's Oriental Adventures.

Yeah, I'm aware of JC's heritage. I was just curious whether anime fit into Pundit's criteria, since he added the provision for historical/fantasy/modern-Asia.
Oh well, who cares.
Bushido followed by TSR Oriental Adventures. I own a bunch of others but they just aren't as fun to play as these two.
Kara-Tur boxset from TSR (by Mike Pondsmith). So technically this is Oriental Adventures - but it's completely blown out.
Palladium Robotech!

I also dig this. A lot of the OA adventures also have a nice mythological tone often missing from standard D&D. Feng Shui though is the most fun at the table.
Does Yoon-Suin count, more setting than RPG rule set but worth mentioning.
Legend of the Five Rings followed closely by The Ninja Crusade.
1. Oriental Adventures (AD&D OA plus Kara-Tur)
2. Mystic China (Palladium)
2. Bushido (tie)
Rest in no particular order:
Qin
Sengoku
Legend of the Samurai (based on Chivalry and Sorcery engine - also one of the early female-authored RPGs)
L5R
Oh yeah, Ninjas and Superspies plus the Mystic China sourcebook/expansion is fun waiting to happen.

Depending on my mood and what kind of campaign I want to run, the answer could be Celestial Empire/Wind of the Steppes, Exalted 1e/2e/3e, Legends of the Wulin/Weapon of the Gods, Qin, Sengoku, Tenra Bansho Zero, Kuro, Tianxia, Legend of the Five Rings, Outlaws of the Marsh, Zenobia, Jadepunk, OVA 2e, Feng Shui 1e/2e, Tekumel, Usagi Yojimbo/Jadeclaw, Mundus, Land of the Samurai, Legend of the Elements, or any of the other Asian games and supplements in my library:).
So the question is, what kind of campaign do I want to run? I'm going to assume you don't mean for reading;).
Bushido
(Call of Cthulhu with the Secrets of Japan book seems pretty cool, too.)
The original Oriental Adventures line by TSR. Great rule book, Kara-tur well detailed and almost all the modules are great.
On the war gaming side I'm busily working on a Nippon army for 2nd/3rd edition WFB and accompany terrain and castle:

Big Eyes Small Mouth (and its related Sailor Moon RPG) along with the original Oriental Adventures material for AD&D 1e.
