Title: Your Experiences of Disorganized Play?

So, Con and/or Club horror stories, where bad organization led to huge messes, and how they could have done it better. GO!

GenCon...'nuff said.

It exists in spite of itself. But many cons fit that description. Too many cons have a "build it and they will come" mentality and a "barely acceptable is good enough" ethic. They only get to exist because the incoherence of a con can be superseded by the tremendous fun 6 people can have a game table.

The local con here in montevideo was certainly of that sort, when it comes to RPGs.
