MegaTraveller or Traveller d20, both of which I've had the occasion to run.

DC Heroes I might take a crack at someday, but it's less the sort of game I'd run at a con or get together with old gaming pals.

Psiworld from Fantasy Games Unlimited.  It's been a long while but I had a blast running it.

Twilight 2000 from GDW.  Again it's been a long, long time but I've always thought about getting another group together for it.

Currently I'm running a D&D redbox edition game.  Both the players and I are having a blast.  Lots of fun and fast adventure.  Forgot how simple and fast that system was.

Other big honorable mentions: KULT, Cyberpunk 2020 and Little Fears.

Which iteration?  Classic? Mega? New Era? GURPS?  There are a few to pick from.  If it's "classic" Traveller you're talking about, can you fall off a log?  Yes?  Great -- you're good to go.

For me, Traveller, 1st ed. Gamma World, 2nd/3rd ed. RuneQuest.  Most of my game shelf is at least technically OOP (Nobilis? Transhuman Space? They're so relatively recent I hardly think of them as OOP) and there are precious few new games that have come along in the last ten years to displace my favorites, so bets are on that if I'm playing a RPG it's OOP.

I like the old Marvel FASERIP. It was the first game I ran for my current group. Which turned into a campaign. But it burned me on it though. So I wouldnt run it any time soon. I would like to run at least a one-shot of Twilight 2000. Lately thanks to a new Star Frontiers site (Thanks to the the Evil DM for posting it on his blog) I've been wanting to run a game of that.

That's sort of a weird technicality, isn't it?  You can even find it on the shelves at stores now in the collected volumes from Far Future Enterprises.  But, yeah, for most practical purposes, it's still OOP.  Which isn't to say that it couldn't suddenly stage a monumental rise from the grave.

I try to play Star Frontiers at least once a year.  I used to be HUGE into OOP games, but I just got tired of trying to convince people to play them, when I could get them to play in-print games with no effort at all.

Thankfully, I like enough in-print games to stay happy. :)

Classic Traveller.  I wanted to like running that so badly.  Really I did.  Put a lot of effort into it and set up some good games.  It just didn't click with me.  

Now as a player, I love me some classic Traveller.

No. It's difficult to perceive.

The problem with Classic Trav is that it doesn't have a unfied task resolution system; you kind of have to suss it out. Combat is explained thoroughly but everything else is kind of willy-nilly. However, this is a good look into how to find order in the chaos...click and be amazed.

Alot of the games already listed here, and then some, lol

It's bound to happen if you collect rpg's, the good one that are now out of print will always be good, and it's just a matter of time before they out number the good rpg's still on the shelf to buy,

I don't want to list them all, but there is already alot more of the out of print games than the ones current in print that I would enjoy to either run or play,

I haven't gone to Gen Con for 8 years, since I started working for the USPS.  Right now we are 3 guys short, and there is a hireing freeze on.  I haven't had a day off (other than Sunday) in 17 weeks...and they wonder why PO workers get crabby!?

The joy for me of Classic Traveller is that barely is anything.  It's a toolbox full of things for building compenents but it's never entirely clear how you stick them together.  Task resolution, for example, is obviously throw 2d6 against some target number and add the appropriate skill with the ref setting the target number, but there is no sense of what that target number ought to be except that for combat it's pegged at 8.  The inherent task resolution in there is obvious to me so I've always found claims that it lacks one kind of odd but that may derive again from being handed the tools but not the blueprints.

This toolbox nature also makes it a powerful adjunct to any other system you might prefer for handling the simulation end -- character representation, combat, equipment, etc. -- as you retain a large set of still relevant tools for generating setting elements.
