When d12 came our, i thought it was a gaming reference, but apparently not. I suspect there are some closeted gamers in the pop and hip hop commnuties.

There's also all of Zak's porn starlet friends. Most of them I'd never heard of, but Stoya and Charlotte Stokely are pretty big names in the field.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and Jim Butcher who wrote the Dresden Files is a big gamer too. Even LARPs.

GWAR started as a riff off of the various band members' passion for D&D, and their in-band game continues to this day.
