Awesome, thank you! Let me know what you think.  Of course, each issue will cover different topics and genres. Here's a spoiler: issue 2 is an adventurer, and issue 3 is a new class for L&D.

I haven't had enough time to do more than skim it, but at first glance it looks full of creative ideas that I don't think I'd come up with on my own.  I may use it for my 5e Saltmarsh game (as it's getting a little stale), or eventually, my new L&D campaign. Thumb's up!

Thank you very much! Its obviously geared pretty much to fantasy settings rather than historical ones, which I now realize seems an odd choice for me for issue 1, being contrary to what I'm best known for.  But I guess there's a tradition of that; my first issue of RPGPundit Presents was "Dungeonchef", which was all about "what happens if you eat D&D monsters after you killed them?".

Well, until last night, I'd never run a historical game, so "fantasy" has plenty of use at my table!

Honestly, a lot of the ideas on the tables seem like they could be adapted for other genres (like ICONS for example).

Well yes, the tables are basically system neutral.

The next one's likely to be a module, right? I might well look into that. Always a fan of those, although my execution for improv and adaptation may sometimes leave a bit there to be desired.  ;D

Wait, adventurer. Not adventure. Derp. My bad.

Yes, the next one is an adventure. It's called "The Ruins of Haran!"

Ah. So I guess I was right the first time, and second-guessed that incorrectly. Looking forward to it!  :D

It was a very memorable session of my S&C campaign (though the adventure itself can be put very easily into a standard fantasy setting, as its not really setting-specific in any crucial way).

The table of contents as such wouldn't be much sense, as the entire issue is a big random generator. But in short, its a series of tables and subtables, which are grouped under different categories of massive changes to a campaign that can come on by surprise (a black swan event). There's good ones and bad ones, ones that are relatively small vs relatively large scale (ranging from say, an unexpected new social movement or minor earthquake all the way to the final war between heaven and the underworld). The tables are grouped by themes, which are: Nature, Man, Society, Darkness, and Light.
