Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Well, I offered them my card game, but they didn't bite. Shucks.
Sausage rolls, but bacon rocks!

Quote from: Piestrio;644445Are you saying that there it is possible that there is only a single GURPS fan with multiple heads?

I'm a GURPS 4/e fan who has multiple heads. (... specifically 4 to 5 Klingon heads, a Gray Alien head, Werewolf head mask...)

Considering how AEG has flopped about for years, they might make a good acquisition. L5R and 7th Sea are solid IPs that have a future.

As far as I can tell, SJG has been trying very hard to prevent GURPS from taking over the world since before third edition came out.  Now, if Space 1e had come out on time and had a decent starship design and combat system...If GURPS Vehicles had taken it down a notch...If SJG had hit the market with a solid one book fantasy intro with great art, an inspiring setting, and a decent price point when D&D 4e came out...

But yeah, I'm pretty sure SJ's been tired of rpgs and barely cared for almost two decades now, and he's much happier poking fun at D&D in Munchkin mode and raking in the money.

Smash Up is a pretty entertaining card game to play with the kids; that could also sweeten the pot wrt Alderac.
