They drink overhopped IPAs, wear flannel, have ironic facial hair, and use Ubuntu.

No. Dwarves in the Last Sun setting are tradition-bound conservative exiles/refugees, desperate to regain their lost homelands in the Machineholds deep below the world.

Some of the careers on the career-table include "blogger", "single-gear biker", "humankin", "organic farmer", "vegan barbecue cook", and "cuckold".

What about "caffeinated cold brewer," "fermentation/umami chef," "faux leather repussérier," and "upcycling garbage decorator?"

Oh, and everyone starts with 3 professions for free: activist, artist, curator.

There's two different activist occupations, a Barista occupation, and an Infantilist.

This one is too "out there" for me. But looking forward to the next one!

Maybe I might like it though. Is there a way to see bigger previews? The previews on the page there are so small I can't actually read anything.

Can I be a humankin cuckold who's an artist, activist, curator? How agglutinating are these peofessions?

If by "out there," you mean "thinly veiled polemic disguised as an rpg supplement, you're dead on. Then again, maybe we'all see dwarven cheeto slingers with default equipment being white shirts and tiki-torches.:-/

What's the thin veil ? The word "elves"?

You can be anything you want to be, snowflake!

But in practical terms, these are 0-level professions a la DCC.

I'll talk to Brett about making the pages larger. Sorry! It is pretty out there, basically you would want it for a gonzo fantasy game (or maybe post-apocalypse, if you just ignored that they're elves), willing to have some sense of humor.

Yay, I'm the most unique! I'm precious! :p (Ah, so not agglutinating for comedic value, more for starting equipment for a 0-th lvl funnel.)

Well, it's both. There's a table with Profession, weapon, and object with a d100 random roll of about 55 different Hipster Elf professions.  After that there's an explanation of several of the more unusual professions, as well as their various pieces of equipment.
It's both comedic and practical in terms of using the table either as a random roll for a 0-level Hipster Elf career, or to generate a random Hipster Elf NPC.
