Looks really cool. Does this game also have playable splats or are all the factions enemies?

Not all the factions are "enemies". There are other groups besides the Invisible College, usually that came out of other cultures, who have very similar aims to the College.
But the IC rulebook does not have 'splats' for any groups aside from the Invisible College, only some general guidelines to the type of training these groups would have, and some NPC/opponent stats in the 'monster' section.

But in theory, somewhere down the road, I could imagine supplements that could expand on the structures and playable details of the other 'friendly' groups, some of the national Occult Intelligence divisions (I would love to do a sourcebook sometime about MI13, or The Kanaim), and maybe even some of the 'enemy' groups (the Choronzon Club would certainly be a laugh).

Cool! So friendly groups, enemy groups and spy agencies in between. I will wait for those other videos you will make about this game. I am a sucker for this sort of stuff, so sooner or later I will add it to my collection.

Well, I'll point out there's never been a better time to get The Invisible College!  The book was already available in softcover black & white and softcover color, but as of today The Invisible College is also available in Color Hardcover and Premium Color Hardcover!

Wouldn't a game based on "The Invisible College" be a bit transparent?

That link was rather convenient!

I was holding out for the hardcover. Hopefully Drive-thru will be on the quicker side of their delivery estimates...
