Pretty interesting little blurb on their main site this morning...
QuoteGencon. This August. 15 Years.
So in the midst of all the echoes that are the battles of Codex Nordica and Three Sisters Kickstarters and the coming battle with Amazing Adventures we are looking across the wide field at Gencon. This is going to be a special Gencon by any account. It was 15 years ago this August that TLG debuted her signature line of adventures and campaign setting. It was Ten years ago, this August, that TLG debuted the white box for Castles & Crusades.
Its something to celebrate! And celebrate we will. Its high time the white box received a companion.

It would be really cool to see some sort of "companion" boxed set. I'll be adding this to my Gen Con list to check out, for sure.
I'm looking forward to it as well. I love C&C and this would look spiffy next to my numbered "Spartain 300" C&C white box! :)
I'll think about buying a Troll Lord product again when they decide to sell to someone other then the Acaeum market.

??
I don't follow. Do you mean collectors? I get plenty of utility out of my C&C books, and they're pretty good about having sales to clear out old stock or as specials on core books or key sourcebooks. I never really saw them as just selling to a certain crowd.

The prices for normal stuff are high, the collector prices (all the KS only never to be seen again stuff) are insane.
EDIT: Rofl, brain fart, I was thinking of Frog God, nevermind, carry on. :D
Oh, I didn’t think it was that bad. They usually have some pretty good (up to 50%) sales over the course of the year, and some scratch n’ dent sales, too. I managed to score printings of the books back in the day that way for half off. I just learned to wait and watch. The pdfs are expensive, IMO—that’s definitely something I wish they’d change (though they’re having a sale right now). To each their own, though.

LOL, no worries! I was a bit confused. Agree on Frog God. :)
I'm curious to see what they're coming out with. I've played quite a bit of C&C but for some reason the opportunity to pick up the core books keeps eluding me.
