I have had Mutant Crawl Classics for quite some time now, but have never played it. Yesterday I was perusing a local bookstore and noticed Neon Lords of the Toxic Wasteland on the shelf. I purchased it out of curiosity as an impulse buy. It appears the 2 games cover the same material basically.
Which is the better game? Any opinions on these 2?

I would vote for Barbarians of the Ruined Earth, it is short and sweet. I have run MCC, it is not too bad, yet very table-oriented.

I forgot to mention The Mutant Epoxh as well!

How do The Mutant Epoch stack up against Mutant Crawl Classics and Neon Lords of the Toxic Wasteland?
Porque no dos?
Neon Lords looks like tongue in cheek humor is the main point. It's not shy about adult themed topics like drug use and clones sold into slavery.
