I´m running "Night of Conquest" tonight.
If any caring fellow gamer has a digital version of it, I´d GREATLY appreciate if he could shoot me the maps from that short adventure as JPGs/PNGs or somesuch.
I thought I could just buy it at DriveThrough and merily print away, but alas, only on a CD!
I own the adventure, so I feel safe in asking for this. Just the maps, that would be ultra-awesome.
...and whats wrong with your scanner?
Just curious.
Is there a public library in your town? Usually there are photocopiers in libraries. You could just run down there and photo copy the maps yourself , if you have enough time. (You said you own the book)

And why doesn't he have the Classic Traveller PDF CD-ROM from FFE?

Yeah, Sett! Riddle me THAT, you jerkwad!
No, I don't think you're a jerkwad. If it's on the CD-ROM, I have what you need. Can you wait 'til I get home?
I still don't get it - Sett, if you own it - then you already have a copy of the maps.
In the 1980s we didn't have pdfs and fancy-shmancy scanners.
We hid the maps BEHIND GM screens or propped up 3 ring Binders.
Our players just had to deal with our sketchy copies of the GM's-eyes-only maps..
You know what ? We had fun that way.....
....we also trudged through 7 inches of snow to meet for our game sessions ,...BOTH directions...and we had FUN DAMNIT.

Maybe he lacks a scanner.

Most of us didn't have scanners circa 1977 to 1984 - when that adventure was first published.
Everyobe becoming computer-pampered or something?
I only recently got scanner capability "back" after not habing it since mid-October. I still ran game sessions during that time.
Tough it out Sett -
(In a Bela Karolyi Voice) you CAN DO IT.

Sett, I think you're gonna hafta explain yourself to Koltar before he lets go of it.
OK, Sett. I need your e-mail address or nothing happens!
Oh....I'd already let go of it awhile ago.
Think I was bordering on amused and confused with a smidge of exasperation.
Hey Sett - what did you finally wind up doing?
Was a pretty good to great New Year's eve party last night . Just got back within the last hour. (I'm gonna hafta change my avatar soon)
