Draws a total blank and doesnt show up in any RPG threads. Sure you have the spelling right? Where was it originally posted?

The spelling is right- there's a yahoo group (here (https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/Royal_Ngombe_River_Company/info)) which presumably has the files, but you have to apply to join, and no one's maintaining it.
