Not actually at the panels. A year or so back she was at a panel with a fellow named Boogie who is a pretty mild and friendly person. (I think HE invited her to the panel?) And at the end he closed the session saying something to the effect of "Harassment happens to anyone, male female, etc and we need to work together to stop it." and she flipped out and called him a "Garbage human Being" and the attendees applauded Anita.

Some may see the video of it after and see what a sociopath Anita and her harridans and bootlickers are. But others will drink the kool-aid and demonize this guy.

In this case it likely means they are saving data and it becomes part of a database. That could be private or it could be public. Or both. It could be as simple as just saving all chat logs which is VERY common and goes way way back to at least the MUD era online. Useful if someone files a complaint. A moderator can check the log files and see if the claim was true.

They might be referring to the marketing term though in which case that might be something like subscribers get access to stuff others dont. But that seems the case anyhow do probably not that?

No. The context that was it was said in was basically what, they would and would not allow to be played and Nolan T has a history of declaring he was going to hunt down someone guilty of wrongthink. What types of games they are curating off the site I do not know as the site is pretty keen on Maid.
