There's some blurb here, including a specific follow-up from Gen Con.

To be clear, the amendment wasn't enacted because of Gen Con, rather a whole raft of high-profile businesses and organizations, including the NCAA, SalesForce, and Angie's List (the latter two were developing big expansions in the state).
