That is pretty much my opinion right now. Elegant twist on the system, evocative prose, and a solid GMing advice, IMO. Also, the booklets and the box are very well done, though some pieces of art are not much to my liking.
I definitely recommend it, and I will surely try it with my crew when we finish Masks of Nyarlathotep, which could be this Friday.
I hate you.

Definitely off-topic, and I apologize for that, but how long have the Masks been running so far for you in real time?
It is a looong campaign! :)
Thanks for the kind hate, everyone. It feels warm and wonderful in winter :D
Ben, this Friday we're playing our 20th session. Our heroes have gone through NY, England, Egypt and they're in Kenya, about to attack the Mountain of the Black Wind. TPK is in the air.
Given that we've had some weekends off due to travels, work and whatnot, we've been playing for about... let's say 6 months. 7 PCs have lost their lives and sanity fighting the Mythos. Awesome, as usual.
If the PCs manage to clear the threat Kenya, they will head either to Australia or to Shanghai.
So if you get a TPK, you play LotFP for a while, and then maybe come back to the Masks with fresh PCs to finish the fight? :)

I salute this and now look even more forward to the arrival of my black hardback Masks book.
And cool with the LotFP box - hope you get an awesome run with it.

Not sure. We have two options:
1) One of the PCs is a secret agent for the US government, as we wanted to explore a pre-Delta Green vibe. They're interested in the influence of dark ects in foreign politics, and if they can be a threat to the US. At thi moment, she's totally convinced that they are a threat. She's been secretly reporting about the happenings of the investigation to her central.
In the event of a TPK, we agreed that we could create a team of agents from the same agency and go after what happened to them.
2) Say aloud (as a chorus) "This is too fucking hard" and switch to LotFP. After some time, we get back to CoC.
All things said, a TP is probable but far from sure. The cultists are aware of the PCs presence and intent, but the preparations of the big ritual disallow an extensive attack. Also, the PCs have got a plane, and they're considering to make an early arrival and take the bad guys by surprise. We'll see.

Complete MoN must be the bestest CoC campaign ever.

Many thanks. I'm really interested in doing some Ravenloft-esque game with it. It is really suited to it.

How is the Australia section? The version of Masks I have does not include that.

WARNING: I'M GOING TO SPOIL THE LIVING SHIT OUT OF THE CAMPAIGNReally well done and interesting. The PCs get to explore the City of the Great Race before the HPL tale, and they can disrupt one of the key points of the Great Portal. Dr.Huston is the Big Boss here (instead of a wandering menace), and he has a sect composed by crazy Aussies and corrupted Aborigins.
Again, you get to explore the Fucking City of the Great Race. How cool is that?
It is a must, for me. Said that, the PCs don't need to clear that chapter to disrupt the bad guys plans. As before, the key point is in Shanghai.

That does sound cool. Maybe I'll get a chance to look at that one of these days; maybe in a copy of Terror Australis that duplicates it?

Yes, Terror Australis contains the Australia chapter. Here in Spain you needed to buy it, as they didn't translate the Complete MoN.
