Curious if there is anything upcoming/to keep an eye out for on creating strange monsters for the OSR(beyond The Random Esoteric Creature Generator or Metamorphica)...

It's not actually 'upcoming', it's already here, but you might find "The Monster Alphabet" to be of use to you.

Silent Legions has a lot of tables for creating both Aliens and creatures that would likely prove very useful

Raggi's Esoteric Creature Generator is one of my favorite OSR products, but if you have that one, definitely check out Silent Legions.
