Here's what I do

Step 1: Take any random encounter chart
Step 2: Every encounter is a job: Kill it, or do something for it
Step 3: "Price negotiable"

The first step gets you the bulk of your content. The second is nearly no work, and is exactly what you'd find on a job board anyway. The third lets you tempt those cash-hungry players into doing the job; obviously, deadlier jobs result in better pay.

Here's one I found and converted from Ravenloft just now for ya:

RAVENLOFT JOB BOARD

1.- SAVE MY SISTER FROM HAGS! My little sister Olga is the captive of the three hags in Old Bonegrinder. (The poster is her brother, who escaped. He has a treasure map to a onld king's burial mound in his head, but he'll only give it to them if they find his sister).

2.- WANTED: SOMEONE TO KILL THESE DAMNED WOLVES. Pack attacked me at my woodlot last week and took my leg! Can handsomely reward those who bring me their pelts! (Deneth, a lumberjack from Vallaki was attacked by wolves during the night. He managed to scare them off. They bit off his foot and ran away at dawn. He's got a magical sword only his family can use or give for payment. Optional: Deneth can also be a werewolf posing as an innocent person, he's just baiting the party. He waits for the best moment, when they are at their weakest to howl at the moon and attack. His pack is waiting in ambush)

3.- WANTED: EXPLORERS TO RECOVER ARTIFACTS FROM NEWLY DISCOVERED TOMB. (This entry sucked. I replaced it with an antiquarian/historian/whatever basically giving the party a dungeon crawl)

4.- WHAT DID THIS?! Need problem-solvers to investigate strange occurrence! Odd foot prints found near Hogshead Forest. They appear to be those of a goat, except they are too big. There's also evidence of a long tail being dragged. After following the trail, guards discovered the carcasses of two deer. Both had a puncture injury similar to that of a spear. Both carcasses dried out, as if all liquid and hydration had been sucked from them through the puncture point. After a few meters the monster's trail simple disappeared! HANDSOME REWARD (The panicked mayor posted this up)

5.- MYSTERIOUS FISSURE NEEDS EXPLORED! Earthquakes are troubling our hamlet! Need bold heroes to explore newly-opened fissure and discover what evil force is causing them! (Another panicked mayor, another dungeoncrawl. I'd put the tomb of horrors in there, but I'm an asshole)

6.- HIRING FOR DEFENSE OF SMALL MERCHANT CARAVAN! (Posted by a group of 3 cursed Barovian merchants. The hold a secret, they visited the Amber Temple and accepted a Dark Gift. They appear human but they are now a form of ghoul and can only find nourishment from eating man flesh. When sun sets, their true form is revealed and they attack) ((NOTE: I changed almost none of this text. Seriously this method rules))

7.- WANTED: GUARDS FOR PRIZE HORSE! (The party his hired to protect a prized charger by a withdrawn-looking stable hand. It's stable is beset by wolf raids during the night. While dealing with the wolves, the horse suddenly transforms into a giant spider, dire wolf or similar creature and attacks. This is Strahd himself assessing the PCs strengths.) ((Another I barely changed))

8.- WANTED: TOWN GUARDS TO DEAL WITH MALICIOUS UNHAPPINESS! (Posted by Burgomaster Vargas Vallakovich of Vallaki. Pays crap and is easy job until on their first night, the party is approached by a mob of enraged Barovians villagers armed with sickles and torches. They ventured out in search of two villagers who were expelled from Vallaki by the Burgomaster for "Malicious Unhappiness". Only one of the villagers was found, the other was probably eaten by wolves. They are returning in full-insurrection mode. Guard captain Izek Strazni orders them to repel and/or kill any rebels from returning to town. If the party defuses the mood, they make an enemy of the government but fare considered heroes of the people. If they just kill them then they're evil, sure, but the Burgomaster handsomely rewards them.

9.- WANTED: HEROES TO RECOVER ANCIENT TOME. (Posted by an old man: his friends died trying to recover a spellbook, which was stolen by Baba Lysaga. He wants you to recover it)

10.- MYSTERIOUS DOPPELGANGER. My good friend and confidant Martikov was killed in a raid and buried a fortnight ago, but rumor has him doing business in a nearby town! I need a group of clandestine troubleshooters to get to the bottom of this eerie ccircumstance at once! (Posted by his business partner; Whether the demise was an illusion or the NPC is Strahd impersonating him is your choice)

There are ten more in this list I stole, but I've got some homework to do. Here's the original list. (https://www.elventower.com/archives/1475)

Unless you mean mundane jobs like working as a grocery clerk (Miguel says it's good, steady work), then adventure generators already do a lot of what you want. A few years ago when I was running a swashbuckling campaign, I blogged (https://honorandintrigue.blogspot.com/2016/06/adventure-generators.html) about a few that I had come across. Some guy named Ralph Mazza had a really good generator. As far as I know the game that it was designed for was never published. I tried to contact him to get permission to post it, but without success. Hey if anyone knows this person ask him to contact me.

11.  Guard a temple of [deity] during their annual high holy day or bachanalia.  The priests, while competent (leveled), must not be disturbed at any cost.  If there's a problem or an attack the PCs must deal with it unaided to receive full pay.

12.  Play the music at an overnight fay revel.  Characters can switch out, but someone must be playing all night.
.
13.  Find and return a child spirited away by goblins.  At night and underground, the goblins are masters of illusion.

14.  Work the bellows for a monstrous or giant smith.

15.  Model clothes for an arachnid aspiring dressmaker.

16.  Help harvest wheat.  No twist, nothing supernatural about the wheat, it just needs all hands before the storm hits.

17.  Help an orc warrior kidnap his intended bride from a rival tribe.  She's willing, this is just how they do things.  Bloodshed on both sides is expected and honorable, fatalities are undesirable.  He also shouldn't really be bringing in outsiders on this, so you'll need to wear these masks and headdresses.

18.  Read a book of lore to a titan.  He's literate, it's just too small to make out.

19.  Help a blackguard or death knight wrangle a wild nightmare while a blacksmith shoes it.

20.  Harvest, and make sauerkraut out of, the giant man-eating cabbages in a long-absent mad wizard's garden.

21.  Judge a boundary dispute between a hag coven and a tribe of ogres.  They need a neutral third party and will abide your decision, if you're diplomatic enough.

22.  Find the traitorous idiot who's been selling hard liquor to the orcs and make an example of him.

23.  Teach a powerful lord's illegitimate son swordplay, riding, dancing and manners, so he can be outfitted as a wandering knight.

24.  Carry letters between a medusa and a holy knight, in utmost secrecy.

25.  Represent a wererat guild thief at trial.  He can't get a local solicitor to do it, so an educated PC will have to do.  He's innocent of the specific charge, though being guilty of everything else makes things difficult.

26.  Locals claim that ghosts rise and monsters enter town on All-Hallows' Eve, but they're peaceful as long as you offer them a drink and keep them dancing.  Everyone wears grotesque masks for the occasion, so maybe it's exaggerated.  Work security and serve drinks at the roughest bar in town from sundown to sunup on that night.

27.  Guard the richest merchant in town from a suspected assassination attempt.
