Recently, I've bought that old-time classic, Bushido rpg. I haven't really scanned the Internet yet, but I've looked for free-content/amateur material for it to no avail.
Anybody is aware of a character generation spreadsheet (for Bushido rpg)?
Certainly an interesting concept.

I've played plenty of Bushido back in the pre-spreadsheet days so I'm not 100% sure what you are looking for. Do you mean a spreadsheet for allocating points and calculating initial skill scores?
From my experience, the biggest problem with Bushido's character generation system is that the order you do the steps isn't the same as the order the steps are presented in the rulebook. Years ago, I wrote a beginners guide to creating Bushido characters but that was several PC crashes ago. I'll see if I can find it.
