You know in a movie, where someone is being mind controlled to do something against their will, but they're dragging their feet and decrying the action through clenched teeth, as they fight it with every iota of their mental strength, but are unable to stop?

You know, technically this says he has no proof of criminal or abusive behaviour have been perpetrated against you, not that there's no proof of you engaging in said behaviours.

I'm sure this is (judging by the rest of the letter) because this individual is functionally illiterate, but wording is important when it comes to legal documents.

EDIT: This is more of a nit-pick at the incredibly poorly written nature of the letter, than a suggestion of a gotcha or legitimate legal wriggle.

The moral of the story is that people can and should take criminal charges seriously by deferring to the criminal justice system when criminal charges are made. Not by fantasizing that Twitter retweets turn you into Batman. I wonder if TPB has begun the gaslighting, yet.

It's very relevant. Both Zak S. and Pundit were consultants on 5E, and their credits were memory-holed by WOTC due to false accusations.
