I haven't bought any Palladium books stuff for Rifts in a while.

Have there been any good maps produced that show the major magic ley lines of the world? Maybe in their periodical magazine, the Rifter or such?

You might check out the Savage Worlds Rifts books. To be honest, I don't know if there is a ley line map -- tenbones might know, he's more plugged in on SW than I am. I always figured it was 'as the plot/GM requires'.
