As I´m swamped in work and other obligations, I can understand that sentiment.
I have it installed, but do not play it until the stars are right.

So it's actually "real" Empires in Arms and not some bastardized version?!

Wow...I expected this would be in development in perpetuity.  Matrix tends to be half-assed with a lot of their product, but this looks like it could be great.

Sigh...I have to make some more room in the budget somewhere...

It´s the real thing. The only thing I dislike is some of the naval options. They are more more EiH than the advanced rules form the General.
