SPECIAL NOTICE
Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). However, there is no direct evidence that any such activity occurred. REGARDLESS, BE SURE TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS. And as is good practice, remember to never use the same password on more than one site. While performing housekeeping, we also decided to upgrade the forums.
This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

So for us parochial ignorant americans who don't work for the UN, is this by some miraculous typo, happening on October 10th at 6pm Pacific, or as I fear, did this happen yesterday October 9th at 6pm Pacific.

Yeah I'm not a member of the Global Village or the UN, but posting a interview as happening on 10/10 when for a significant chunk of the intended market audience it's actually happening on 10/9 is pretty shitty.

Posting whatever, and then saying (IN TWELVE HOURS) would have been a lot more helpful, particularly when the time zone you've selected is going to by definition leave the largest RPG market audience on the wrong date. :D
Even the the "cutting edge" storygamers for all their talk of narrative, plot, and drama are fucking obsessed with the god damned rules they use. - Estar

Yes, Sean Connery\'s thumb does indeed do megadamage. - Spinachcat

Isuldur is a badass because he stopped Sauron with a broken sword, but Iluvatar is the badass because he stopped Sauron with a hobbit. -Malleus Arianorum

"Tangency Edition" D&D would have no classes or races, but 17 genders to choose from. -TristramEvans

Um, I think "pretty shitty" is a little extreme, don't you?

I post the notices in multiple places, often at multiple times, cutting and pasting the notice. I use GMT by multiple requests. I've changed methodology multiple times and am not going to change yet again due to one mix-up.

To answer your question, the Q&A is, indeed, at 6 p.m. Pacific tonight.

Yeah, shitty day at work, little sleep, my apologies.

Ok, so the original was a typo, cool.

My being a prick aside, my suggestion when you post to tack on (in X hours) at the end would be easier for everyone, no matter what time zone they are in.

Is that 17:00 Mountain?  I will be in the middle of class, dammit!  I was going to show up to keep the unruly mobs from getting too unruly.

I always get that backwards.  I will be done right about then, so I will jump in and start busting heads when I get home.  :)
