Yup, it is.

#randomworlds is a bit like the Neutral Zone of the RPG world. All who obey the rules and be cool to each other while in the chatroom are welcome, from Ettin to Pundit. Ettin has behaved quite well there and has brought no RPGnet baggage with him.
