This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

The Black Ferret

The basic animations look good. I don't see many egregious collision issues, at least as was shown in the video, especially since it's in early development. I don't know how far the actual graphics are along in development, so I won't comment on them one way or the other. If I had one criticism, it would be the life bars of the enemies. They are somewhat large and can go partially off-screen, and can also be blocked by mobs in front of them. They also turn with the target, so can be very hard to see if they are perpendicular to the player view. Again, I'm just going with what I see, so I can't tell if this is how the final cut will be or if the bar positions and size are preliminary works in progress. I do think it looks like a promising game, as far as combat goes.

Thank you for your response. And yes Skyelv is still in the early stages of development and there will be a lot of changes.
