This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

I'm not sure how many folks here have an interest in Triple Ace Games' Hellfrost (my preferred fantasy setting using Savage Worlds), but yesterday they launched there KS to put out a 352 page book collecting material from their PDF Region Guides and adding about 90+ pages of color maps of the different realms and some cities.

It's about 75% funded as of now, and I'm sure they'll reach their goal, but I thought I'd mention it here in case there were any other folks interested that may not have heard about it yet.

Warning, there might be some sticker shock for the pledge levels, but I believe the product is worth it. Getting the Atlas would be cheaper and more efficient than separately collecting all of the individual region guides that will be included. I believe the Atlas will not include the monsters (included in the Hellfrost Expansions I and II) or the religious rituals (I'm hoping they'll be collected into another book eventually more equivalent to Deities and Demigods or Harn Religion), but pretty much everything else will be there along with some additional material. It does not include the information from the Gazetteer book, but is an expansion of the material from that book.

I've mostly delurked here before in regards to the Dwimmermount KS (on which measurable progress has been made), but in contrast Triple Ace Games has delivered on several KS already with minimal delay, and once at least I think they delivered early.

Updates:
• The KS is funded! Currently it has raised £9,072, exceeding the basic goal of £6,000.
• There are only 3 days left to the KS. It ends this Sunday at 6:00pm CDT.
• Stretch goals have been set, and many of them achieved. Starting at £7,000 and every £500 thereafter up to £10,000 results in 4 more pages added to the Atlas, including more maps. At the current level of £9,072 that's 20 more pages. Wiggy has told us in updates that so far the additional pages he's written so far have been for The Magocracy (including a city map for the capital) and The Unclaimed Lands.
• After the £10,000 stretch goal, the next stretch goal is at £12,000 for an additional 124 page book called Matters of Faith detailing the religious matters of Rassilon. Backers of the Atlas receiving rewards will also receive Matters of Faith for FREE if this stretch goal is made. Backers who are getting a PDF of the Atlas will also get a PDF of Matters of Faith. Backers who are getting a physical copy of the Atlas will also get a physical copy of Matters of Faith for free.
