The illegal immigrant problem is an actual problem. It's not caused by them being Mexican though, so it's not reall a racial problem, despite almost every illegal immigrant in the South being Mexican.

The "Black problem" however does not exist, and so is complete and utter racist bullshit.

The thing is, Noxious, if you're a fat slob, you can eat less. Alternatively, you can become a politician.

If you're black, you can...wear a mask. Failing that, you deal with several centuries of being the lowest of the low. To set against that, you've got a few decades of nominal equality.

You also have to deal with white lumpen resenting you en masse because some of you have crawled out of the ghetto. You know what laws for affirmative action really mean – they mean racism is so entrenched in society that it's tacitly admitted at the legislative level.

Your black upper class exploits you just the way the white one does. They divide and conquer by separating you from people who have the same class interests as you, but happen to be coloured differently.

Yes actually, I have. Crime stats show that poverty stricken areas of all races are crime infested. Other statistics also show that minorities make up a large percentage of the people living at or below the poverty level. Do the math.
