Years ago, I had a Call if Cthulhu GM who chanted things like the title of this thread. The first time we went to a gaming con, there were Christian activists there, who made the “what if your spells and incantations actually work?” argument. Some gamers went “well, we don’t actually SAY those things in the game”.  Oopsie
