So if some feel I am not responding bacause I "Can't reply to their devastating and scintillant wit", rest assured, that's not the case. I just don't see any reason to climb down into a sewer to argue with the rats in it.:D

You can't run, really. Shift threads, and the discussion just comes to you. Don't refute or apologize, and you're just "That guy who's either horribly socialized and totally lacking in perspective, or a racist."

Just for the record I kinda dig this attempt to reframe the debate as a discussion about the discussion. That neatly allows Mr. Nox the luxury of sidestepping the actual issues in the previous thread, while at the same time allowing him to get his digs in at this mysterious, unnamed Original Poster. Who is that guy and what is his deal anyway? Everyone knows the best way to deal with issues surrounding race is quietly, behind closed doors, and without a fuss. To openly discuss such matters, especially on a site that regulates speech as stringently as this one, is simply too confrontational.
