Hardcore gamers and other geeks are supposed to be virgins, since they are so socially maladjusted that they can't get girlfriends.  Losing your virginity means you are not hardcore enough.  Duh!

No, thats not really true any more.

What you describe is cliche from 15 to 20 years ago. The current teenage and early 20s age hardcare gamers and geeks that visit the game store normally have lost their virginity - but they have had an overly angsty/moody break-up because the significant other wasn't equally geeky or she(or he) wouldn't join in on the gamer fun.

Also, many of these geeks and hardcore gamers are female - unlike 10 to 15 years ago. With them the trend seems to be admitting that thay are bisexual amongst their gamer friends.

Sorry, for the reality check.....back to attempts humor now.
