Who cares if that doctor (role) is a racist or not? it's a free world, if you don't like it, change the channel. It's like suing horror movies with vampires because vampires suck people's blood, while you count how many white people died in the movie. ?!

That's funny. It reminds me of a story I read (I believe on BBC's website) that somehow came to the conclusion that the organizers of the Orange Revolution in Ukraine were racist because you never saw people of color in any of the pictures of the protests.

I showed it to some friends in Ukraine. One commented:

There was that old joke about a CIA spy who was parachuted into the Soviet Union with a carefully researched cover story, a pack of documents, and a case of money. As he came to a small town and minding his business, he was soon surrounded by a group of gruff uniformed men, one pushing a gun into his side:

There's nothing wrong with it. They could simply change the universe again and populate it with small numbers of Timelords like it was pre-reboot, and have other Timelords show up who are of a different race (but it wouldn't be Doctor Who if they didn't speak with a British accent).

Replying to your second question is opening a serious can of worms since thats just another flavor of racism.
