Eh. I liked it, but didn't love it. JMS spent his one great idea and made a TV series, warts and faults and all, that was something special. After B5, his stuff hasn't been nearly as inspired. The Road Home is a fun love letter to the B5 fans, but if you aren't a fan, you probably won't get much out of it.
I did like the "Fire this baby up!" joke, and the droid gun turrets on Epsilon 3. Those amused me.
Turning the Shadows into generic swarmy bug alien monsters was terribly dissapointing.
If you didn't like the "Love is the strongest force in the universe" schtick, you'll hate the ending to The Road Home. Plus quantum gobeldeygook nonsense.
So the ending reeks of an attempt at a reboot. I'm not sure I really care. I love the original series, but I've seen enough reboots for one lifetime.
