However, that girl, Rachel from Gen Con should ask for a royalty. (Tho Rachel's Angel outfit is green & Brown)

She won the costume competition for that one year. That was totally her own creation and handiwork.

When I first met her - back in August of 2000, she was dressing as an Elf Cleric or magic user. Her outfit then was shades of purplke and maroon and she had handpainted a gorgeous dragon on the back of her cloak.

Just about every year she would stop by the Jail & Bail table and chit chat for awhile.

And Jeff should know I was kidding about copyright. Tho, Gen Con Angel does look much more plausible for a humanoid with wings look.
