That would probably be Tim Dugger of Fire Hawk Games, he goes by Rasyr on the forums.  He was the lead designer for ICE up until the hostile take over.

Yeah, I doubt anyone other than Tim Dugger (a.k.a. 'Rasyr') would send you a copy of Novus.

I remember reading it a couple of years ago and thinking that it was a rather fine game (never managed to actually play it, alas).  I'd be curious to learn what you think of it.

It is a rather fine game, with some smart ideas. I haven't had occasion to run it yet, but Tim did a very good job with it, I thought.

Nice game, plays smoothly on and off the map for those who want the option.

I am running it again this year at JGC, The Japanese Gaming Convention in Shin-Yokohama.
I play these games to be entertained... I don't want to see games about rape, sodomy and drug addiction... I can get all that at home.
