SPECIAL NOTICE
Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). However, there is no direct evidence that any such activity occurred. REGARDLESS, BE SURE TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS. And as is good practice, remember to never use the same password on more than one site. While performing housekeeping, we also decided to upgrade the forums.
This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Where the Hell did you come from?

Swedish Chef

Hello everybody! It has been awhile. I just dropped by to see how the old nuthouse was doing. I am still trying to catch a squirrel for my new squirrel stew recipe! Unfortunately I have not had much luck.

BOZ

have you seen the Swedish Chef bit on Robot Chicken?  :D
don't quote me on that.  :)

No, can not say that I have friend Boz! Robot Chickens do not sound too tasty, but real chickens are so perhaps I will give it a shot!

Paka

I had posted in a previous Nutkinland but was reminded by RPG Pundit's blog and stopped by, kinda dug the atmosphere.

I've been posting less and less on forums lately.  This isn't due to any problems with moderation or anything other than where I am at personally.

I don't understand this post at all.

What does it mean?

It's kind of nice to see the non-NTLers catching up with the NTLers in numbers. Shows that the site is growing nicely.
Next phase, new wave, dance craze, anyways, it's still rock and roll to me.

You can talk all you want about theory, craft, or whatever. But in the end, it's still just new ways of looking at people playing make-believe and having a good time with their friends. Intellectualize or analyze all you want, but we've been playing the same game since we were 2 years old. We just have shinier books, spend more money, and use bigger words now.

Some how I crossed over from my earth to this one.
But If I am here then your worlds Philentqiller must be...... on my world.  Which is just like your world but with more world war 2 super heroes running around on it.

Greetings, fellow alternate-earth-traveler!  I myself am originally from Earth-14 I miss those purple butterflies.  Fortunately, you will find Earth-NKL to be a fairly enjoyable place to visit.

Well, I put down "previous incarnation of NKL/NTL", but were it not gfor WotC's boards I'd have never heard of  EN World, which in turn lead to NKL/NTL during one of the periods when EN World was kaput.

The board I'm most active at is EN World and that will most likely stay that way.

But I actually found my way here over the Ratbastard DM Club's site.

I'll stay because this is seriously the most entertaining side I've found in a long time. And beside the "special" perspective there's still some quite interesting discussion here.

don't forget that NKL is really just the gateway drug for http://www.nothingland.com/ ;)
don't quote me on that.  :)

I came here when it was pimped at EN World and was called the RPG site.  I mostly lurk...not much to say, I guess (I find myself mostly lurking at EN World as well, lately).

If I "come from" any of the listed options, and yet only one of the listed options, then I have to say EN World. I've been there since pre-3e, and was not active on RPG messageboards before then.

I have been around on most of the previous incarnations of Nutkin/Nothingland, but I don't claim to be one of the "in" crowd.
