I'd like to start a thread, or rather a series of threads, about the commercial side of publishing for our hobby. What forum should these go in?

If it's really borderline "off topic" in the sense you really want to concentrate on the economics, publishing process, advertisement etc instead of talking about gaming and games, I'd post it on the RPG Pundit's forum.

Use of stock art. What is considered a reasonable price for a 32-page printed adventure and what is considered a reasonable price of a 32-page PDF. Formatting for eReaders. Self-publishing does and don'ts. Price scheduling for products as they are put out to market. If you are doing a limited print run, is Kickstarter a good idea. What is the best way to market a small self-published print run and/or PDF. Are some nations better target markets for certain products than others.
