What are the summarised rules for RPGsite forum?

I read from someone posting in the Palladium forums that this RPGsite forum is a forum which fiercely protects free speech.

Is that right?

Also is it alright to post game mechanics from any and all rpgs in this forum or manga or comics books or video games?

Say I wanna combine Kratos with Bleach using writing Palladium Rifts and Marvel RPGs gamer rules mechanics.

Is this going to be allowed or are converting any characters from any media using any and all RPGs rules mechanics disallowed?

theRPGsite divides RPGs into 2 forums. The Main Forum is for "traditional pencil and paper RPGs" like Palladium and the original Marvel RPG. The Other Games forum is for all other games - board games, card games, video games and RPGs that use "narrative" mechanics, like My Life With Master or WTF is the momentary hotness on RPGnet this week.

Over on the Palladium fora, it is verboten to post write-ups of copyrighted properties. So, for instance, they won't let you write up the stats for Iron Man using Heroes Unlimited. It's a paranoid fear of C&D letters and lawsuits even though there is nothing illegal about the activity and no infringement in doing such things.

Did you post it in the rpg section ? if so that may be why The whole rpg vs story games war can be kind of strong here so if its heavy on narrative mechanic's post in in the other games thread.
