This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. getting hijacked / redirected when try to come to site

If I google search and click the link I get directed to a Trojan/virus page filestore72.  No problem if I type in the address directly.  Have scanned my system and registry; think it may be a problem with the forum itself.

Are passwords not stored in salted hash?

Yes, it's just a precaution. Lots of external hacking going on these days. It's also possible that a password from another site could have been hacked and the same as used here.
