SPECIAL NOTICE
Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). However, there is no direct evidence that any such activity occurred. REGARDLESS, BE SURE TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS. And as is good practice, remember to never use the same password on more than one site. While performing housekeeping, we also decided to upgrade the forums.
This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

The RPGPundit's Own Forum Rules
This part of the site is controlled by the RPGPundit. This is where he discusses topics that he finds interesting. You may post here, but understand that there are limits. The RPGPundit can shut down any thread, topic of discussion, or user in a thread at his pleasure. This part of the site is essentially his house, so keep that in mind. Note that this is the only part of the site where political discussion is permitted, but is regulated by the RPGPundit.

Especially in large corporations where HR declares "diversity and equity uber alles", a mantra very popular at zombie companies where drive and merit went out the window ages ago. AKA, the girls in the video will get hired, promoted into middle management and have the resources to raise kids.

The asset management firm I work at explicitly looks at the diversity in a potential investment's board of directors.  It's being perpetuated across the entire spectrum.

I bet people who invest, and who simply ignore diversity focusing on other priorities*, will make more money. We'll see where this goes.

*such as actually making money :)

It's a way of incentivizing and rewarding those who get on board with the diversity fad. Money flows in to drive diversity; profits and returns are sacrificed to advance diversity.

And no one who has enough money to play in that league will be allowed to act otherwise.

Yet more reasons to work at / own a company with 14 or less employees!!!

Don't you sometimes wonder who comes up with these arbitrary numbers?

It's a commitee of precisely 17 people.

I've wondered about the "14 or less" number as well. Perhaps they're fans of Champions and GURPS.

I suspect the number was calculated based on the idea of the number of employees for a family restaurant, grocery store, etc where you needed people for 2 shifts/7 days. AKA, what's the high end of family plus extended family that's realistic as employees in a family business.

Just like always... like it never, ever happened...

This fits pretty neatly with how I've seen liberal publications being misogynistic too. Medium.com bans any women who question the "sex positivity" of porn and sexual acts that degrade women.
