Russia - The Barbarian
One of the only guildless characters in the land, and formerly the leader of the Red Horde.
Locked with the Warrior Diplomat (The US) in the world's longest arm wrestling match. Also a heavy drinker.

Special Ability:
Shield of Winter - Foes who attack Russia on his own territory must make a fortitude save or suffer cold damage each turn they remain there.

Special Weakness:
Unlikely Ally - After each battle, Russia must make a will save. If he fails he must attack either one of his former allies or a bystander with whom it has a neutrality treaty.

Germany - The self conflicted Paladin

Not too long ago, this knight's shattered psyche left an opening for a malignant spirit to take over, and, eventually, subvert it.
Germany took a few levels as a Black Knight and initiated the Second Great Rampage, a conflict of bibical proportions.
After several bloody years, the Black Knight got his ass handed to him, and the dark spirit was banished.

Although the evil spirit is no more, it left an imprint on Germany's psyche, which sometimes makes him long for those days of glory, especially at current times when it seems that displaying weakness has become the norm.

Special Ability:
Intimidating Shadow - Ever imposing in image, language and reputation, Germany makes his intimidate checks with a +10 to his die roll.

Special Weakness:
Reluctant Combatant - Germany must make a will save in order to draw his weapon.
He must also make will saves every round in order to attack.
Germany can only attack in self defense against a foe that attacked him first.

What a strange looking German, does he have some kind of disease?

His skin looks weirdly pale, and his eyes and hair aren't brown. I mean it's fantasy, but kinda weird.
I'm a middle aged guy with a lot of free time, looking for similar, to form a group for regular gaming. You should be chill, non-woke, and have time on your hands.

Saudi Arabia - The Devout

A leader among the desert tribes of the Southern Guild, a cleric of the Faith of the Black Stone, and a cruel, cruel figure.
He made his great fortune by selling the prized black liquid to adventurers from other guilds.

Special Ability:
Black Gold - Once per day, S. Arabia can produce 1-4 barrels of the black liquid to be readily sold for its market price in gold.

Special Weakness:
Hear Me Roar - Fear and mistrust of women makes any female who attack S. Arabia do so with an advantage to her roll.
Moreover, any damage so taken also forces S. Arabia to make a will save or flee in fear for 1 round.

North Korea - The Mad Tinker

Everyone's favorite accentric gnome artificer.
Current member of the Eastern Guild, and former member of the now disbanded Red Horde.

Special Ability:
Unstable contraption - During his turn, N. Korea can activate the device on his back. Results are determined by rolling a D6:
1-2 - Nothing happens
3 - User takes fire damage
4-5 - Foes in an area take fire damage
6 - N. Korea self destructs, foes and allies within its reach take massive fire damage

Special Weakness:
One Inch Short - Small stature, weird mannerisms and clunky equipment makes it hard to take The Tinker seriously.
All intimidate checks are made with a disadvantage.
