This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.
The RPGPundit's Own Forum Rules
This part of the site is controlled by the RPGPundit. This is where he discusses topics that he finds interesting. You may post here, but understand that there are limits. The RPGPundit can shut down any thread, topic of discussion, or user in a thread at his pleasure. This part of the site is essentially his house, so keep that in mind. Note that this is the only part of the site where political discussion is permitted, but is regulated by the RPGPundit.

Or maybe they just hate to see people get bullied and treated shabbily?

Um, no. I sincerely doubt that.

Yeah, and he showed such concern for her "accident" by dragging her unconscious body out of the elevator instead of oh, calling 911.

Was he supposed to leave her unconsious body in the elevator? Maybe press all the buttons and give her a nice ride up and down the elevator while going to get  a coffee. No, people were there when the elevator opened up to help out.

I saw that video too.  He punched her in the face on purpose, and you can tongue my pee hole, you worthless piece of shit.  YOU are part of the problem.

So you completely ignored that she assaulted him? Why does her violence get a pass?
And you can suck my cock you crusty old dipshit. Right back atcha.

I've watched that video. What I saw was a couple having some kind of argument as they got into the elevator, and then when she rushed at him, he threw his arm out, possibly as a reflex action, she slammed into his arm, and then did a headdive into the brass railing, which I bet is what knocked her out. .

Wha....I....

Look you stupid fuck, my 32 year old sister in law was MURDERED two weeks ago from her abusive boyfriend, after years of constant domestic abuse.  Oh, he didn't mean to kill her, just knock around extra hard so she'd learn her place.

You can go fuck off and die, you ignorant piece of shit.
D&D is not an "everyone gets a ribbon" game.  If you're stupid, your PC will die.  If you're an asshole, your PC will die (probably from the other PCs).  If you're unlucky, your PC may die.  Point?  PC's die.  Get over it and roll up a new one.

#1. I'm sorry that your sister was killed.

#2. My sister was beaten by her ex boyfriend and eventually left him when he chucked her into a table and smashed her front teeth in. She's still dealing with the financial reprecussions of getting her mouth reconstructed.

Neither of these excuse Janay Rice attempting to assault her fiance.

I'm going to refrain from a comeback.

Sure they do. It's ok when they do it, cause they only do it to bad people.

Trust me any normal man wouldn't last one minute for pulling punch like that.  The fucker got off scott free because he was deem as a "hero" for his ability to handle a football.  Every rabid fan wants to protect their "hero" no matter the horrible actions those "heroes" had done.  Mainly because those meat bags give common people bragging rights and wealthy people a shit load of money.

I always disbelieve the social justice warrior version of rape culture because it is bullshit.  I had always believe that the only areas that any rape culture can be form is from very certain areas and even then it isn't because people like rape.  They are just sweeping dirt under the rug to protect their source of income, reputation, or some other selfish thing.

I'm part Filipino... where's my fucking filipino D&D setting? I got one Dragon article in the 80's on our martial arts. That's it. OUTRAGE!!!!

Aren't Kobolds just a thinly-veiled disgusting colonialist allegory for Filipinos?

That would be a fun pseudo-activist game: match the Humanoid/monster to the Oppressed Culture!
