This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

The RPGPundit's Own Forum Rules
This part of the site is controlled by the RPGPundit. This is where he discusses topics that he finds interesting. You may post here, but understand that there are limits. The RPGPundit can shut down any thread, topic of discussion, or user in a thread at his pleasure. This part of the site is essentially his house, so keep that in mind. Note that this is the only part of the site where political discussion is permitted, but is regulated by the RPGPundit.

I'm still kind of amused he poured that litany of woe out at me. If he'd left it at 'fuck you and die', he'd have been better off.

No, seriously. I don't want you to die for a long, long, time. Just like no one "gets" Humperdink.

Pat can be part of that, too, if they want.
Say when, pussy.

2060. 2060 is a good time to keel over. Otherwise, keep being your miserable empathy free assholish self, and see where it gets you.
That's what I thought. *snort*

Reading comprehension fail. Why am I not surprised? Either that or you missed the Princess Bride reference, which marks you as culturally illiterate rather than merely unable to follow an actual adult conversation.
Keep talking. Maybe you'll say something to make up for all the other stupid things you've said.

Between all the hastily made memes out there I'm impressed with this one :D

It's like the meme of the guy walking out with San Fran Nan's podium. 'Why are you so mad at this guy? He's just taking a political stand.'

The latest round of gaslighting from Dems is to try and repaint themselves as supporters of the police, and that it was the Republicans who wanted to defund and cripple 'the thin blue line'.

Unsurprising, but I admit I'm impressed with the sheer chutzpah after last year's 'peaceful protests' and the Democrat support for them.

I did not realise that the Capitol Police are not answerable to the American public unlike every other Executive branch.

We should replace them with a chorus of men trained to say "Yes Ma'am" to anything Pelosi asks.

Shouldn't the laws about interfering with elections apply? At the very least, isn't that a flagrant example of prosecutorial misconduct that should get all involved permanently disbarred?

Of course it is.  Your mistaken assumption is that everyone is equal before the law.
This stuff will just continue until someone starts killing prosecutors and judges.  Then we might see some change.

But... it was Trump's administration that was in charge of the investigation during the presidential campaign. Trump appointed Weiss who has handled the case. Trump got to see the progress, and had the option during the campaign to assign a special prosecutor or reassign Weiss. And according to the article, President Biden has left the investigation in place as Trump set it up, with the same people in charge.

Hmmm, I wonder why Biden would be comfortable letting Weiss stay on the case?  Unless...

TROND! This is hilarious! I used to love LEGOS as a kid. I'd be seriously tempted tp buy a real LEGO set like this, just for nostalgia and laughs. I know *many* friends that would roar laughing seeing this, you know? An instant hit as a conversation piece!
