What was the size of the judgement against her?
None. yet. The case is just beginning, and Dominion is throwing around big numbers in an attempt to intimidate Sydney into settling. Their only problem is she is an attorney and had already gathered Affidavits, Statements and Complaints from people participating in running the elections, as well as Depositions from people directly involved in operating the machines. The fun part begins right now, and is called Discovery, where she has to provide what she in fact has, and Dominion does as well. Then, with all civil suits, each party has to convince the Jury, or Judge, as the case may be, that they are right.
All Sydney has to do is demonstrate the machines don't work as advertised, or that they can be easily manipulated or modified, by any group intent on cheating during the election.
I'll wager right now, this case will be quietly settled with a gag order because if the truth gets these machines were literally designed for cheating, then the entire election process is borked. Just like the banks are too big to fail, the election is too big to throw. I'm watching this case with interest.
