There are worse ways to reconnect with your father. Hopefully they've buried their hatchets. One of the worst things about politics of late has been watching people talk about exiling family members like they'd been convicted of some hideous crime, but it's for voting Trump instead.
But then, when you're absolutely convinced you are on the side of the angels and the other side is Pure Evil, what's the point in compromise?
